J. DENNIS MOLLOY (US General Counsel)
Dennis Molloy was educated at Mount Saint Mary’s University and Antioch School of Law, Virginia, USA. He is admitted to the bars of Washington, DC and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
His career spans more than 30 years of legal and practical experience. He has represented graphic communications companies, companies in other manufacturing and service industries, trade associations and historical societies in a range of labor, employment, insurance and reinsurance law issues and offshore corporation formations and insurance law.
He also has experience in many other substantive areas including Corporation Law, Commercial Law, Trust Law and Internet Law.
Mr. Molloy is the Managing Partner of Hanson & Molloy, a Washington, D.C. law firm. Founded in 1932, the Hanson firm was led by Arthur B. “Tim” Hanson (Maj. Gen. USMCR) who acted as general counsel to numerous national non-profit organizations. Mr. Hanson also founded several insurance companies in Bermuda which continue to insure risks for members of U.S. trade associations and for U.S. corporations.
In addition to the District of Columbia and Virginia State bars, Dennis is also affiliated with The Barristers, John Carroll Society, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.
